A true Philly Cheese Steak or Hoagie is not complete without some hot peppers.  These hot peppers are medium in intensity so go ahead and enjoy some.  They are also great when stuffed with your favorite Italian cheese.  After opening, your gallon of peppers must be refrigerated.
