Starting with fresh pork, the butcher removes the bone then stuffs the roast with a mixture of wonderful spices including lots of fresh garlic.  The pork is then put in a huge oven to roast for 6 or 7 hours while all the natural juices run off into a big pot.  After the pork is finished roasting it's sliced and we slip a half-pound into a pouch along with a cup of the natural gravy and vacuum seal it.  You receive six of the boilable pouches along with 6 Amoroso rolls that you can store for up to 60 days in your zero freezer.  Now you can enjoy a real South Philly Italian Roast Pork Sandwich anytime, anywhere.
