Rocky, our preferred butcher at the 9th Street Italian Market in South Philly, starts with the choicest rounds of beef, seasons them and slow roasts them to perfection.    After the beef is finished roasting it's sliced and we slip a half-pound into a boilable pouch along with a cup of the natural beef gravy and vacuum seal it. You receive six of the boilable pouches (each pouch contains enough beef for two sandwiches) along with a dozen Amoroso Kaiser rolls that you can store for up to 60 days in your zero freezer.  Now you can enjoy a real Philadelphia Roast Beef Sandwich anytime, anywhere. Complete heating instructions are included as well as a gift card if you're sending the roast beef sandwiches to someone as a gift. Roast Beef Sandwiches arrive in one to three days from ship date depending on distance from Philly; they're packed in thick insulated boxes with frozen gel packs or dry ice.  Roast Beef orders may take a few more days to ship than other Philly Food items.
