For some reason (which was never explained in their email), UPS delayed the scrapple shipment. It arrived completely thawed. I have re-frozen it, but I am somewhat worried about how long it had been unfrozen. I think you should check with UPS about this issue, and I would appreciate knowing the result. NOTE: UPS reported an operational delay that was the cause of the late arrival. The product was still chilled and able to be safely re-frozen.
