Starting with fresh pork, the butcher removes the bone then stuffs the roast with a mixture of wonderful spices including lots of fresh garlic. The pork is then put in a huge oven to roast for 6 or 7 hours while all the natural juices run off into a big pot. After the pork is finished roasting it's sliced and we slip a half-pound into a pouch along with a cup of the natural gravy and vacuum seal it. You receive two of the boilable pouches along with 2 Amoroso rolls that you can store for up to 60 days in your zero freezer. Now you can enjoy a real South Philly Italian Roast Pork Sandwich anytime, anywhere. Complete heating instructions are included as well as a gift card if you're sending the roast pork sandwiches to someone as a gift. Roast Pork Sandwiches arrive in one or two days from ship date; they're packed in thick insulated boxes with frozen gel packs or dry ice. awesome.  had a roast pork sandwich at tony lukes last year at the ball park but it was dry.  this brought back memories of my cousins confirmation party years ago.  i wish someone in lancaster would know how to make them.
