Double-check your shipping address. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additionally, UPS charges us $10 for address corrections which we, in turn, must charge back to you. If UPS is unable to locate the recipient, undeliverable perishable foods are discarded and refunds cannot be given. Philly Food ships on the second regular ship day from receipt of order in most cases. Regular ship days are Mon. thru Thurs. By special request, we can ship on Fridays for receipt on Saturday in most areas but an additional $20 per package UPS charge will be added to your total. You may specify a later ship date in the comments block at the bottom of the secure payment form . Also type any "Special Instructions" in that same box. Be sure to double check your email address for accuracy so we can send you a tracking link after your order ships. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are an additional $24 per package. UPS will leave your package at the door for residential deliveries if no one is home. It is the purchasers responsibility to expect a delivery or notify your gift recipient to expect a delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage of food that has not been brought inside and transferred to domestic refrigeration within two (2) hours of delivery. We must be notified immediately if there is a problem with a package. We cannot honor a claim for spoilage if a call is received more than two hours after the UPS delivery time scan.

CANCELLATIONS may be made anytime by phone or email prior to shipment of your order (usually 2 business days from receipt). A 4% fee will be deducted from refunds to credit Philly Food back for the credit card merchant fee and other expenses incurred when processing an order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products returns for credit are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase call us at 800-954-8294 FREE. In the absense of a side item (not the main listed product) we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
